An invoice comes to your email. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, email admin@finchmercantile.com and we'll sort it out.

We bake and ship
Whoopie pies are baked to order in small batches and packed for the mail once payment clears.

What is a Maine whoopie pie?
Two rounds of soft chocolate cake with a sweet cream filling between them — closer to a cake sandwich than a cookie. Maine claims it as the official state treat, and ours are hand-sized, the way they're sold at a proper church supper.
How big are they?
About the size of your hand. One is a generous dessert; two is a decision you make on your own.
Can I mix flavors in one order?
Yes. Order any combination you like on the order form — every flavor is $5 each.
Do you ship outside Maine?
We ship nationwide. Tell us where they're going on the order form and we'll pack them accordingly.
